There are days when wanderlust take over. When the mere figment of my imagination takes flight, and I’m transpotted across the world (mentally at least) to some bustling city with its ubiquitious garish neon lights like Hong Kong, or some serene and pristine town, utterly rustic, completely peaceful.

Perhaps it’s true. I dont want to stay in Singapore.

I’m Singaporean at heart, Singaporean in mind. But like our forefathers, I want to leave in search of a better tomorrow. I want to really discover who I am.

Maybe one day I’ll realise this is truly home.

But for now, I’m still dreaming of working abroad.

There are times when I feel the primal urge to pummel someone into a pulp.

For all the hurt he’s caused. For all the injustice he’s laid upon us. Each day that passes, each moment this impasse carries on, the flames of my anger are stoked even more.

He has no decency. He has no honour. He is quite rightly so, an asshole of the highest proportions.

I will get stronger. Both physically, mentally and holistically speaking. I’m made of the right stuff, I’m most importantly, my mother’s son.

Quiet self-reflection is good. Tremendously good for one’s soul.

I’ve made some drastic changes over the pass few months. Some of which have left me feeling way better than before.

Others are necessary changes. On one hand I’m glad the Rovers are essentially self-sufficient. I don’t intend to be that proactive at the moment because there are really some external issues that are well, niggling my thought process. I can’t really deny it right?

The Cold War is into its 2nd week. And he still thinks he has the moral high ground. It’s a bit hard to just block it out when on some levels it is just so excruciating.

Just end it swiftly. If necessary I won’t mind a smaller room.

Alright. The trip to HK is just over the horizon. 40 days to be exact.

I’ve formulated a precise list of what I need to get for myself from Zhu Hai

I’m assuming that the merchandising is cheaper than Beijing, given that this is the place where they manufacture them.

1x Casual shoes [For example, Kenedict's Hush Puppies] ($15)

Notching Up Another Health Worry

Since enlistment, I’ve been afflicted by the following health worries:

Constant Constipation (Since treated)
Congested Nose (Saw a specialist who’s given me a spray)
Back Aches (Undoubtedly stupid along with the usual back worry I have).

Now. Add this to the list. LOW BLOOD PRESSURE.

Of all the things. After all that. I get hit with this. Fuck lah. I’m like a walking litany of health worries. They should just coddle me in cotton wool and sent me to the Med Corps as a test subject sometimes.

Best joke. The polyclinic doc and specialist brushed off my latest health worry even though my eyes blank out after long periods of sitting.

Thank you free healthcare! That’s why I’m home on a Wednesday. I’m off to see my family doctor.
